Jason Hageman became the Production Advisor/Owner of EXIT Realty Plus in August of 2005. At the age of 40 He has been in and around Real Estate for 34 years. In 1997, after serving 7 years in the military, Jason moved back to Maryland to work with his father, David Hageman, in the Real Estate Industry. Two years later Jason’s brother Cliff moved from Buffalo, NY to join them at RE/MAX where they because one of the top teams in their company. 6 years later in August of 2005 Jason and Cliff decided that it was time for a change and wanted to open a Company of their own. Not just any company but a different company. They wanted to build a Team by Design That Honors Production and Success. They wanted a Company that just wasn’t about themselves or dollar signs but a Team surrounded by Team Members that all wanted and worked toward the same goal. That Goal is to be the Smartest Real Estate Company with the Smartest Agents utilizing the Smartest Technology and having the Smartest Ideology that the Real Estate Industry has ever seen.
